Remember when I was saying that you don't have to buy everything organic? Well, here are the top 12 foods to choose organic and avoid conventional. Known as the "dirty dozen," these are the 12 most pesticide-polluted fruits and veggies. Buying organic versions of the following will dramatically cut your exposure to pesticides -- in fact, it could cut your exposure to pesticides as much as 90 percent!

1. Peaches
2. Nectarines
3. Strawberries
4. Cherries
5. Apples
6. Pears
7. Imported grapes

8. Spinach

Hey YOU...
Long time no talk :-)

We take the Whole Foods brand of Fish Oil...I actually just give it to Layla by putting just a little in her yogurt. AND the acidophilus is Nature Plus (i think) is SO yummy! Its in a brown bottle and I think its the most common liquid acidophilus on the shelves...Whole Foods carries it and so do the small natural medicine places...

WELL...Saturday, May 31st is coming up...are you going to be around if I come up to DC?
